Omnia Mea Mecum Porto (All That Is Mine I Carry With Me)
Inspired by the artist’s experience of walking the Camino de Santiago, Omnia Mea Mecum Porto is a contemporary aerial circus performance exploring that which we carry around with us - physically, emotionally, and symbolically - throughout our lives. A backpack becomes more than an object: it transforms into a partner, a burden, a shelter, a memory, and a witness. Through aerial movement, physical theatre, and an intimate dialogue with space, the performance traces the shifting boundary between what sustains us and what weighs us down. As the journey unfolds, familiar certainties begin to dissolve. The act of carrying gradually gives way to the courage of letting go, revealing that every release creates space for something new. What remains is not emptiness, but gratitude - for the experiences, relationships, and moments that have shaped us. Omnia Mea Mecum Porto is a poetic meditation on impermanence, choice, and transformation. It invites the audience to reflect on what is truly essential, and whether freedom begins not with acquiring more, but with discovering how little we actually need to carry.
